Support community onboarding and lifecycle communications: Help with welcome messages, reminders, re-engagement, and other communications that guide community members through different stages of their participation.
Maintain accurate community records: Keep trackers and relevant community information up to date so that communications, recognition, and follow-up are based on accurate information.
Improve community communication processes: Help maintain templates, guidance, FAQs, and standard responses, and identify recurring questions or communication gaps that could be addressed more effectively.
Support targeted outreach: Help contact relevant community members when particular languages, skills or profiles are needed for CLEAR Global activities, projects, or urgent responses.
Gather community insights: Keep track of recurring questions, concerns and feedback received through community support channels and share relevant trends with the wider team.
Provide coordination and administrative support: Help maintain communication calendars, trackers, documentation and other systems needed to keep community support and recognition activities organized.
