Can-Fix-It All Worker

Key Responsibilities
General maintenance of guest rooms and hotel property.
Maintain the standard of the hotel and around the property.
Inspections of corridors in both East and West wings of the hotel.
Daily meter readings taken.
Inspection of light fixtures and plumbing around the property.
Cleanliness of assigned area and workspaces.
Inspection of ice machines around the property, ensure operable and clean at all times.
Inspection of all electrical rooms and maintain upkeep of the same.
To maintain equipment and tools in good order at all times.
To attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Responsible for engineering related guest room requests and respond in a timely manner.
Carry out preventive maintenance repairs as scheduled.
Submit all completed work orders to Supervisor/Assistant administrator daily.
Operate and maintain various power and manual tools.
Perform other related duties as required.
Must be self-motivated and energetic.
Must be a team player.
Must have the ability to work independently with little or no assistance.
Must possess physical capability to perform heavy labor.
Have good time management skills.
Must be organized and possess good work habits, paying high attention to details.
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
