Facility Manager - Russian Language Required

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services.
At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Facility Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Coordinate and support sustainable, safe, and efficient facility management for residential areas.
Ensure proper maintenance of residential sites to uphold the bbf: brand and leading position in the local market.
Support bbf: residents in the centralized management of buildings, structures, and support services within residential areas (this includes understanding residential systems, addressing claims, staying informed about general residents meetings, and more).
Provide management and administrative support to residents in bbf: residential areas.
Provide management and administrative support to other bbf: departments for joint activities.
Supervise technical operations, maintenance, audits, inspections, and asset value preservation in residential buildings.
Ensure effective communication with contractors to facilitate completion or adjustments of pending tasks.
Main Requirements:
Fluency in Russian, advanced command of English, Greek language skills are a plus.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field is preferrable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management.
Experience in sustainable facility management is an asset.
Strategic thinking and crisis management abilities, with business-minded and cost-conscious mindset.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Good interpersonal and reporting skills are key.
