Sales Manager - Larnaca

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Russian-speaking Sales Manager to join our team in Larnaca.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Drive the sales of bbf: properties within the Cypriot market.
Full management of the sales of bbf: own developments in Larnaca.
Build and maintain relationships with the agency network.
Be the face of the company during events, presenting in front of crowds as needed.
Meet personal and business sales targets.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
Knowledge of the Cypriot market is key.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
Fluency in Russian and English; Greek will be an advantage.
Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
Excellent oratory skills and ability to present in front of a crowd.
