Shop Fabricator

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and production schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and fabrication specifications.
Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, shears, rollers, ironworkers, and welding equipment.
Measure, cut, form, and prepare materials while maintaining quality and dimensional accuracy.
Inspect completed work, troubleshoot fabrication issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with equipment maintenance, material handling, inventory organization, and general shop operations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while collaborating with production teams to meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of sheet metal fabrication, metalworking, or manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and measuring instruments.
Experience operating fabrication equipment and welding tools.
Knowledge of fabrication methods, material properties, and shop safety practices.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding work.
