Pre-Employment Requirements:
All safety-sensitive positions require pre-employment drug screening, including testing for cannabis, in accordance with applicable laws. In addition, IMCO maintains a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy and conducts random drug screenings throughout employment. Employees selected through a neutral, random selection process will be required to participate in testing in accordance with company policy.
Final candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment background screening consistent with Washington State law. Background checks will only be conducted after a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
