What We Look For
We are interested in people who are organized, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving construction environment. Strong candidates may bring experience in:
Construction administration or project support
Electrical, civil, industrial, commercial, or mission-critical construction
Project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, or closeout packages
Preconstruction, takeoffs, scheduling, cost tracking, project controls, or Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)
Safety documentation, training records, compliance tracking, or site support
Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet, Foundation, BambooHR, TalentLMS, or similar systems
Communicating with field teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
Supporting work that requires accuracy, urgency, and follow-through
General Requirements
OSHA10 minimum required for all on-site roles; OSHA30 required for field leadership roles
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to learn GTI systems, standards, and processes
Construction industry experience preferred but not required for all roles
