Position Title: Daytime Team Member
Miles Table is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our daytime team, offering both part-time and full-time positions. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Take orders and deliver food to tables promptly and accurately.
Act as a barista, preparing and serving beverages to our guests with care and precision.
Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable work environment for both team members and guests.
Manage takeout orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Adhere to daily checklists for cleaning, stocking, and organizing to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Qualities We're Looking For:
Responsible and punctual individuals who can be relied upon to fulfill their duties effectively and on time.
Friendly and outgoing team players who enjoy working collaboratively with others to create a positive atmosphere.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle any challenges that may arise during the shift.
Open-minded individuals who are receptive to feedback and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a restaurant or as a barista is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and guests.
Ability to follow checklists and procedures accurately to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
Experience with reconciling cash drawers is a plus.
