What You'll Do
Clean residential homes following our proven systems and checklists
Deliver consistent, high-quality work clients notice and trust
Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
Work solo or with a small team depending on the day's schedule
Use our mobile app to clock in/out and view assignments
What We're Looking For
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude — this isn't optional
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone
Someone trustworthy — you'll be in clients' homes, often alone
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stay on your feet all day
Cleaning experience is a plus — we provide full paid training either way
