Mitigation Technician (No Experience Needed, Paid Training)

Description:
Come Restore Peace in Crisis with our dynamic and hard working team! This position is responsible for Mitigating water, Mold Remediation, and Fire/Structure cleaning commercial and residential properties.
This position assists and handles water extraction, containment setup and breakdown, demolition, cleaning, moving in/out of contents on all mold, water, fire and smoke damage claims.
Compensation: This job average 5 to 10 hours of overtime per week. There are also bonuses, commissions and incentives!

Previous restoration or construction industry experience preferred, but not necessarily required
Essential Functions:
Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
Respond to emergency calls and available for on-call work
Perform demolition work after water/flood, fire, mold or storm damage
Restore homes according to IICRC standards with the Lead Techs guidance
Follows established safety guidelines and protocols
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
