You will work closely with a US-based legal team and play an important role in creating a positive client experience from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and with empathy.
Conduct initial client interviews to gather important information about their situation.
Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Assist qualified clients through the intake and onboarding process.
Collect, verify, and accurately document client information.
Prepare and process intake forms and required documentation.
Maintain accurate client records using company systems.
Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive conversations.
Follow up with potential clients when needed.
Support client satisfaction and feedback initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and referral partners.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
Perform additional administrative and client support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
3–4 years of experience in:
Customer Service
BPO / Call Center
Client Support
Healthcare, Hospitality, or Legal Support
Other customer-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Calm, professional, and empathetic when handling difficult situations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, or case management software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
