Business Development Executive (Onsite-Night Shift)

We're looking for someone with excellent English communication skills, real confidence on the phone, and a track record of generating leads and booking meetings with US prospects. You'll own cold calling, outreach, email follow-ups, and CRM hygiene — using AI-guided conversation tools to stay sharp, natural, and on-message on every call.

VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. We build Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor — a product family that lets organizations search, analyze, redact, and act on unstructured data, treating video, audio, images, documents, and text as equal first-class sources. More than 100 customers run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing, and energy. Much of it runs on premises, air-gapped, or in FedRAMP High environments on an architecture aligned with the CJIS Security Policy.
We're an independent software vendor: we build and support the platform, and a global network of channel partners sells, deploys, and supports it for their own clients. That's why this role covers both: you reach end customers directly, and you help partners find, register and win deals. VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner and a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and available through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.
AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.
What You'll Do
Call and message US-based end customers and partners every day from a prioritized call queue.
Spend at least two hours a day in real conversations with new prospects and partners.
Use AI-guided conversation tools to prep for calls and handle objections, while keeping every conversation natural and on-brand. The tools help you prepare, and the judgment is yours.
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, targeted email sequences and CRM-based prospecting.
Qualify leads, run first discovery calls, confirm a real need, and book meetings and demos with the right people.
Turn qualified interest into opportunities and hand them to the account team with a clear summary.
Register partner opportunities the same day you hear about them, and sign a new partner when a deal needs one.
Follow up by phone and email to keep prospects moving through the pipeline.
Log every call, email and meeting in HubSpot the same day, so data stays clean and next steps are visible.
Hit weekly and monthly targets for conversations, qualified leads and meetings booked.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Exceptional verbal English communication — clear, confident, and easily understood by US-based prospects.
2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, SDR, or inside sales is a strong plus.
Willingness to work US night shift hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to prepare for and guide live conversations.
Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or Apollo (preferred).
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants).
Resilient and upbeat, with a genuine appetite for high call volume.
Legally authorized to work in your region of employment.

How You're Paid
This role includes a monthly salary plus performance-based commission.
