What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean & your inventory up to date.
Properly complete paperwork.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years of residential HVAC repair and service experience required
Valid drivers license & clean driving record
NATE certification.
Mechanically inclined.
Confidence making recommendations about needed repairs and replacement services.
Ability to present the price to customers and collect payment while on site.
Team player.
Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business.
Clean motor vehicle record.
