We’re looking for a Civil Area Manager to lead and grow our civil operations across commercial site development and utility projects in Southwest Montana. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our civil division - overseeing everything from strategy and financial performance to project execution and team development.

Located in beautiful Belgrade, Montana, outdoor adventures surround us. There’s no better place to live. Together, we build and play in Montana.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Optimize Operations: Manage resources, schedules, and backlog using KPIs to maximize efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes
Build Teams & Relationships: Lead, mentor, and develop teams while strengthening client partnerships and driving new business opportunities
WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
Proven leadership experience in civil construction, managing teams and complex projects
Strong expertise in site development, earthwork, utilities, and infrastructure work
Demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to think strategically while staying close to field operations
Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office
PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus
