Role Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our digital wealth management offerings. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and user-centric design to build innovative financial products that enhance client experiences and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to develop and launch new features and products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
Develop and track key performance metrics to measure product success and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
Stay up to date on emerging trends in fintech, digital assets, AI, and alternative investments.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, or similar tools.
Strong UX/UI understanding with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, KPIs, and iterative improvement.
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers, designers, and executives.
Knowledge of wealth management, digital assets, and fintech trends is a big plus.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of product management experience in fintech, wealth management, or a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience building and launching B2C or B2B financial products.
