Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre in Mount Wellington is looking for a casual F&B Attendant to join our friendly, hands-on Banquets team. We are located in a central yet peaceful location on the edge of the Panmure Lagoon.

About You
A passion for customer service, high standards of service and excellent attention to detail.
Is ideally experienced in all facets Banquet/Conference service.
Have the ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude
Keep a cool head whilst working under pressure
Must be able to work on a rotating roster that covers, days, evening/night & weekends.
Are available to start as soon as possible.
If you already have bar experience, your LCQ and First Aid Certificate, this is advantageous
Must have the right to work in NZ
About the Job
The F&B Attendant:
Is responsible for ensuring exceptional service is delivered to guests, primarily in our conference/banquets environment, but also supporting our Restaurant team as needed.
Actively contributes to the efficient operation and revenue generation of the conference team by providing a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, food and beverage service, preparation and effective cash and card handling.
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period while accommodating guests effectively and politely.
Must be comfortable with manual handling requirements (such as moving chairs, tables and other banqueting equipment)
Is expected to be flexible in team, in order to most effectively deliver on our F&B service requirements.
