🌟 What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of security and fire systems hardware.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Deliver quality service and support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Maintain timely and accurate service documentation.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
3+ years of experience in an installation role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
Experience installing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred
NICET 1

🕒 Work Hours & Benefits
Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with travel to customer sites required.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
Generous PTO policy and six company holidays in the first year (PTO prorated year one).
💰 Salary & Compensation
Target pay: $20 - $35 per hour based on experience.
Company vehicle provided as soon as available, but no earlier than 90 days.
Company gas card.
