Compensation — Full-Time
Earn $58,000–$105,300 depending on your employment type and patient volume.
W2 Salary: $58,000–$75,000/year (may increase based on patient volume)
W2 Tiered: $35–$50 per visit, rate increases with weekly volume
1099 Tiered: $50–$60 per visit, with earning potential up to $105,300/year

1099: $50–$60 per visit

What you'll do:
Deliver skilled PT treatments in patients' homes across Rockland County, primarily serving Monsey and Spring Valley
Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (including remote supervision)
Build relationships with a consistent patient caseload
Complete documentation using our streamlined process
Coordinate with patients, families, and the broader care team
What we're looking for:
Active New York PTA license
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Comfortable working independently in a field-based setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Based in or near Rockland County preferred
Passion for delivering patient-centered care
