Client Manager / CSR, Commercial Insurance

As a Client Manager on our Commercial Insurance team, you will serve an existing book of middle market commercial clients from a variety of industries. Major categories include Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive, and other service-based businesses. Annual salary based on experience plus potential for quarterly bonuses based on agency profitability

To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be:
Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent
Experienced in Commercial insurance (minimum of 3 years preferred, don't hesitate to apply if you have 5, 10, or even 20+ years)
Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list
Great at helping customers in a timely manner
Comfortable with computers and software, knowing Applied Epic is a BIG plus, but not required
As an Account Manager at Highstreet/Ottawa Kent, you’ll be expected to:
Retain current clients
Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals
Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - written confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits, renewal marketing
Present additional coverages based on client needs
Prepare accurate proposals and summaries of insurance

Where is the location and what are the work hours?
Candidates must be based in Michigan. Hybrid in-office schedules or Fully Remote are possibilities depending on your location.
