Retail Research Internship in Mumbai (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Generate a high-quality prospect database for Great Place To Work® India’s retail vertical
Research and identify high-potential companies and accounts aligned with defined target segments.
Build and maintain a clean, accurate, and continuously expanding prospect database.
Identify and validate relevant senior HR decision-makers across target organisations.
Enrich account records with requisite information using credible sources.
Conduct competitor and peer mapping to uncover new prospecting opportunities.
Maintain structured, CRM-ready data while following defined naming, classification, and quality standards.
Use research, data, and AI tools to improve the speed and quality of account intelligence while independently validating findings.
