What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, fun atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
Keeping tables clear, glassware collected, and the venue looking its best throughout the night.
Working closely with our bar, security, and management teams to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.
Helping maintain a positive atmosphere while ensuring responsible alcohol service standards are followed.
Assisting with opening and closing duties to make sure the venue is ready to shine for every service.
Handling guest queries confidently and professionally, always looking for ways to exceed expectations.
Jumping in wherever needed and supporting your teammates during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Plenty of energy and the ability to stay focused in a busy, late-night environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
Someone who enjoys being part of a fun, supportive team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
A good understanding of health and safety practices within hospitality.
