The Welder will be responsible for welding, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure they meet our quality standards. This role requires expertise in welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to Stick, MIG and TIG welding machines.
Fabricate and assemble components using welding techniques, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Welder.
Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of welding equipment and tools, including setup and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Certification in welding techniques or completion of a welding training program is a plus.
