Join Our Mission-Driven Team of Providers
At Coös County Family Health Services (CCFHS), we are always looking to connect with compassionate, dedicated healthcare providers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our mission is rooted in providing high-quality, accessible care to all patients—regardless of their ability to pay.

Our care is delivered by New Hampshire-licensed Physicians (MDs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs), and includes the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventive services, screenings, and health education guided by evidence-based practices. We also assess patient needs for social and nutrition services and coordinate appropriate referrals to specialty medical and behavioral health providers.
Our Mission
Improving the health and wellbeing of our community through the provision of health and social services of the highest quality.
We welcome applications from Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Behavioral Health Providers, and other licensed clinicians who are committed to delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
