Sheet Metal Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead our sheet metal crews in delivering high-quality, on-time projects in commercial roofing and custom metal fabrication.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate sheet metal crews on commercial roofing and siding projects
Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and job site efficiency
Interpret blueprints and manage layout and installation
Coordinate scheduling, materials, and subcontractors
Communicate daily with project managers and field staff
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial sheet metal or roofing
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Proficient in reading construction drawings and plans
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
