Conduct thorough consultations using The Color Bar service systems
Build strong relationships that encourage guest retention and referrals
Manage appointment timing effectively and maintain schedule integrity
Educate guests on product usage, home care, and maintenance plans
Uphold salon cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
Participate in salon education, meetings, and coaching opportunities

Qualifications
Current cosmetology license
Strong technical foundation and desire to continue learning
Professional communication and presentation skills
