Communications Production Coordinator

Job Summary
TYLin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Production Coordinator to support the development, production, and delivery of internal and external communications materials across the organization. This role will coordinate communication projects from concept to completion, ensuring content, branding, and production standards are met while collaborating closely with marketing, communications, creative, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate is a proactive project coordinator with strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position will play a key role in supporting corporate communications initiatives, marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, digital communications, and business development efforts that strengthen TYLin's brand and market presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Build, format, publish, and update pages for the organization’s SharePoint intranet.
Assist with SharePoint intranet assignments to improve the user experience.
Using an established AI prompt, create project highlight stories for SharePoint intranet.
Format various communications in Microsoft Viva Amplify and assist with earning approvals and the final distribution/publication.
Format various communications in Mailchimp and assist with earning approvals and the final distribution/publication.
Submit content to the Digital team via Airtable using their established process. Monitor until content is published.
Create forms and surveys using Microsoft Forms.
Assist with tracking data and analytics for reporting of communications activities.
Skills & Experience
Experience working in Microsoft’s suite of products.
Experience building and formatting digital pages or web content.
Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable learning new platforms and figuring out basic technical issues.
Able to work from established templates and communications standards.
Comfortable managing requests from several teams and keeping track of deadlines.
Experience in internal communications, external communications, digital communications, intranet management, or related areas is preferred.
