External & Legislative Affairs Undergraduate Internships - Corporate

This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

The Corporate Internship with the External & Legislative Affairs department is designed for highly qualified undergraduate students and recent graduates interested in future leadership opportunities. During this 10-12 week summer program, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with industry leaders by way of a multitude of opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with a variety of AT&T business units
Gain exposure and interact with AT&T leadership
Acquire experiential learning by participating in impactful projects
Research and analyze information to develop reports, presentations, briefings, and correspondence.
Attend professional development workshops and networking engagements
What you’ll bring:

What you’ll need:
To be a rising senior or recent graduate of an undergraduate degree program with a preferred academic concentration in Political Science, Public Policy, Business, Management, Communications, Pre-Law, Finance or another relevant degree; strong GPA valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.)
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and digital tools
Ability to draft presentations and correspondence for internal and external audiences
Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
Aptitude to respond to ambiguity and complexity
Capacity to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Our External & Legislative Affairs - Corporate interns earn an annual salary between $53,900 - $80,900, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
