Job description:
Work on valuation assignments and assist Senior Management in carrying out valuation engagements.
Managing and leading in company valuation, purchase price allocation, intangible asset valuation and cash flow modelling.
Having experience and knowledge in financial instruments valuation is an added advantage.
Provide support and training to junior team members in guiding and reviewing their work outputs.
Present valuation findings internally and externally to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
Minimum 5 - 7 years in valuation with Big4 or accounting firms or investment banks.
A relevant professional qualification (CFA, CPA FA, MBA etc) will be highly regarded.
Good verbal and written English and Thai communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
