Technical Design Assistant, Kids Basics

Responsibilities:
Communicate with Design and Production through e-mail & Google Docs.
Organize, enter information and keep record of submits pertaining to the product group assigned
Collaborate with design team to execute development tech packs
Follow up on pending submits according to delivery calendar
Run reports and share information with cross-functional partners.
Maintain submit library.
Work one on one with designers to review all submits received from the factories (lab dips, strike offs, fabric bulks, trims, etc.)
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.·
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Outlook).
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Job Logistics
Location: New York, NY – Midtown West
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $70,000
