THE POSITION: AI Management Intern
As an AI Management Intern, you won’t just learn to use AI. You’ll manage and train it. Working across teams on real-world projects, you’ll build, configure, and improve the AI tools and automations behind our daily operations, helping drive digital transformation and data-informed decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
AI Application and Workflow Optimization
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI or automation enhancements; build proofs of concept where applicable
Set up, configure, and train AI tools and agents, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, n8n, and Cursor, so they perform reliably in real business workflows
Monitor AI outputs, refine prompts and instructions, and keep automations running smoothly
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with the CEO Office, Corporate Operations, Business, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams to solve real problems with AI solutions
Document improved processes and create internal guides for AI usage
Data Gathering and Insight Reporting
Summarize use cases and results in internal reports
Automate routine data tasks or dashboard updates (e.g., Google Sheets + GPT integrations)
Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing
Stay up to date with emerging AI tools
Organize and deliver internal sharing sessions or proposals for new AI applications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Currently studying or holding a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (STEM, Business, or Social Science preferred)
Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken) is a must (you’ll work daily with an international team)
Familiarity with at least one AI tool: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, Cursor, etc.
Hand-on experience with automation tools such as n8n is a big advantage
Basic knowledge of Python or SQL is an advantage
Good problem-solving ability and structured thinking
Curiosity and willingness to self-learn new technologies
