About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Overview
JGM is a national, self-perform industrial contractor and structural steel fabricator, built to take on the fast-track, high-complexity projects other companies turn away. Founded in 2001 and still family-led today, JGM operates AISC- and ASME-certified fabrication shops in Coatesville and Sinking Spring, PA, plus a national Construction Services team performing erection, rigging, hauling, and industrial construction for Fortune 500 clients across power generation, pharmaceutical, mining, steel and metals, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
We don't subcontract our workforce. We build it, direct-hire, from the shop floor to the field to the front office. Safety comes first in every role at JGM, not just on the job site, because taking care of our people is something we'll never compromise on. With real apprenticeship and leadership programs behind every role, JGM offers more than a job: it's a career with a company where family is our foundation and whatever it takes is how we get it done.
Position Overview
Build America. Build a Career with Purpose. JGM is hiring Fabrication Welders who take pride in safety, quality, and precision, and who want a career that supports long-term financial well-being. Our Coatesville team fabricates steel for data centers, stadiums, conveyor structures, and automated racking systems.
At JGM, safety and quality are non-negotiable. You'll work on iconic projects that matter, with clear paths for certifications, advancement, and leadership, including our Apprentice to Millionaire Program. We believe hard work should lead to financial stability and opportunity, at a company you can retire from.
This role is a great fit for welders who care deeply about safety, quality, and reputation, craftsmen who want more than a job, and team players who want to grow their skills, earnings, and leadership.
You'll work in our growing 65,000 SF AISC Advanced Certified fabrication shop in Coatesville.
