Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Regulatory Compliance: Per Cyprus regulations, applicants for Teaching positions must have a university degree recognized by KYSATS (The Cyprus Council of Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications) and the ability to pass a background check.
Passionate about alternative education.
An ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.
Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.
Must be fully fluent in English.
Bonus Skills/Experience
IB teaching experience but not mandatory
Other languages like Russian, Ukrainian or Hebrew
Private School Teaching experience
