Position Qualifications for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
High School Diploma or equivalent.
6 months of experience with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create meaningful change.
Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
Working Conditions:
Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
