Your Impact
As a Line Cook you are integral to our customer experience. You know that even though Hippo Pockets focuses on fast-casual dining, service and quality food are key components of the customer experience and add to our atmosphere; an atmosphere felt with energy, heart, and dedication.
Responsibilities
Cooking food to order, following the company's spec sheets
Reading food tickets thoughtfully and paying close attention to modifications and any listed allergens
Delivering food in goal ticket times
Communicating effectively with other employees to complete orders
Prepping ingredients
Following safety and sanitation guidelines
Assisting with daily temperature and line checks
Consistently and effectively completing opening and closing tasks in a timely manner
Assisting with stocking, organizing and cleaning food lines
