Pit Boss

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pit Boss to join our growing team in Yerevan. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our live casino games by managing and supporting dealers, shufflers, and gaming processes
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the gaming floor and ensure games are run according to company standards.
Support and coordinate with shift managers for smooth operations.
Monitor dealer and shuffler performance, providing feedback and guidance when needed.
Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations, and safety measures.
Participate in training and mentoring new team members.
Cooperate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Pit Boss or Shift Supervisor)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive, non-confrontational attitude
B2 level English (oral and written communication)
Dress Code:
Classic black suit with white t-shirt
Work Schedule:
Day 1: 08:00 - 20:00
Day 2: 20:00 - 08:00
Day 3 and 4 - OFF
