Submit a Referral (NOA Team Members Only)

NOA is growing, and as we continue to scale we are always on the lookout for high-performing energy enthusiasts — people who are passionate about the work we do, who care about the impact we are making, and who will help us build something truly meaningful.
Finding the right people is one of the most important things we do as a business, and we know that some of our strongest hires have come through the personal networks of our team.
Our people understand NOA in a way no job advertisement ever could. You know what it takes to thrive here, what matters to our customers, and the kind of person who will add real value from day one. If there is someone in your network who you believe would do great things at NOA, we would be delighted to consider them.
Whether they are a fit for one of our current openings or someone we should keep in mind for a future opportunity, please submit their details below. The Talent team will review every referral and keep you informed of next steps.
Thank you for helping us continue to build a strong and capable team at NOA.
Important: This post is for NOA employees only. It has been created as a dedicated channel for our team to submit candidate referrals through our ATS. If you are not a current NOA employee, please do not submit your CV here — we'd love to hear from you on our open roles instead, which you can find on our website.
