JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct Supervisor: Skyler Kilzer
Job Title: Salt Company Ministry Leader - This is a FULL-TIME staff position.
MY TOP TEN
1. Grow personally as a committed follower of Jesus
2. Faithfully engage in all Salt Company and Cornerstone events and meetings
3. Generate ministry with students at Salt Company on Thursday nights (meeting new students, galvanizing toward stage announcements, identifying and shepherding the Spirit's work in students through the sermon and worship)
4. Generate ministry with students via the Salt Company Pipeline (discipling leaders, reaching the lost -- from Freshman/Lost, to Connection Group Member, to Student Leader, to Captain, to Sent)
5. Lead students through 1-2 weekly D-Groups (4-8 students)
6. Faithfully complete the course load for Cornerstone Institute and/or a Seminary degree if applicable
7. Raise and maintain $2,400 of monthly financial support
8. Provide internal organizational leadership as assigned (e.g. Freshman Team, Global Team, C-Group Team, Church Planting, Stadium Cleanup, Gospel Foundations, Leader Care, etc -- communicated in the summer)
9. Participate in preaching development (Communication Lab, "Bless the Plants" preaching reps at Salt Network locations, etc)
10. Get 90% or better on the monthly leader name test
JOB EVALUATION
Your Job Description will be the basis of regular evaluation and coaching. Your direct supervisor will inspect what they expect from you as an employee.
