About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
You’ve sat in a customer call, sussed out the market opportunity hiding behind a feature request and reorganized the roadmap in your mind before lunch. You’re already connecting the dots between what Engineering needs to build, how the user experience should work, what customers will pay for it, and what it means for your biggest customer's deployment timeline.
You’ve spent years building products for managed service providers (MSPs). With that experience comes strong opinions about PSAs, RMMs and other three-letter acronyms because you know that world inside and out. You know what works, what’s broken and what innovation looks like. And you have a soft spot for MSPs because you understand their business: taking complicated IT problems off their customers' plates so they can focus on running their own businesses.
Fixify is a Series A company building an AI-native IT automation platform that pairs real technology with a human touch. We’ve made a deliberate bet: MSPs are our market. They have exactly the problem we’re built to solve: more tickets than technicians, and margins that depend on how efficiently every ticket is resolved.
As Director of Product Management, you’ll own what we build for MSPs and in what order. You’ll spend time with our MSP partners to understand what matters and why. You’ll set priorities for Engineering and Data Science. You’ll work with Operations to automate the highest-volume, highest-cost work.
This is a player-coach role. You’ll hire and grow product managers. You’ll also write the requirements, run the discovery calls, and build the pricing recommendation yourself.
If you're excited to move fast, build something that matters, and help reshape how MSPs deliver IT services, we should talk.
