Database Developer (MongoDB)

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor MongoDB queries, indexes, and overall database performance.
Analyze and optimize queries and indexing strategies to ensure system efficiency.
Perform architectural reviews of database solutions and recommend best practices.
Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and efficient data models.
Provide guidance and support to developers regarding database usage.
Ensure observability and performance monitoring via Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Percona tools.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a Database Developer or related role.
Strong expertise with MongoDB (administration, replication, performance tuning, indexing).
Hands-on experience with the .NET technology stack.
Practical knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Percona.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Nice to Have (Optional Skills):
Experience with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Redis and Apache Kafka.
Broader knowledge of database administration across multiple technologies (Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm).
