About the Role
This Property Management Assistant position is a casual opportunity to gain real, hands on experience in property management with a leading agency. You'll be primarily responsible for condition reports and supporting our leasing process, working closely with our Property Management team to keep the portfolio running smoothly.
We want to be upfront: this role is field and task based, with regular travel between properties. The person who thrives here is someone who takes pride in doing the small things properly, because that's what a well run portfolio is built on.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct condition reports at properties across our managed portfolio, capturing accurate and detailed records
Support the leasing process, including attending opens and assisting with applications
Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and the wider Property Management team
Maintain accurate records in our systems following each report or leasing activity
Assist with general portfolio tasks as required
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Real Estate qualification is required
Strong communication skills and a professional, well presented manner
Reliability and strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to accurate reporting
A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule across multiple properties
A genuine interest in property management, with a real estate qualification (or working towards one) viewed favourably but not essential
