You will play a key role in supporting the execution of the firm’s strategic plan, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving accountability for key initiatives across the firm.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-potential professional looking to accelerate their career while gaining broad exposure to strategy, operations, governance, and leadership within a professional services environment.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with core work hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are currently operating a hybrid work model, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office a minimum of three (3) days per week.
Responsibilities
Support the execution, monitoring, and reporting of the firm’s strategic plan and key priorities.
Coordinate the execution of firm-wide strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the Chair and Leadership Team.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and progress reporting.
Responsible for escalating risks and recommending corrective action.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, business cases, research, and analysis to support executive decision-making.
Support governance activities, including coordinating meeting materials, agendas, action items, and follow-up for leadership and governance committees.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track progress against strategic objectives.
Coordinate executive communications, presentations, and messaging on behalf of the Chair.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.
Work across legal and business services functions to ensure alignment, communication, and accountability.
Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and proactively advance strategic priorities and initiatives.
Build strong relationships with partners, leaders, and stakeholders across the firm to facilitate collaboration and execution.
Lead complex strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the Chair requiring coordination across multiple stakeholder groups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, corporate strategy, project management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Exceptional organizational, project management, written communication, and presentation development skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build credibility and work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
Strong business acumen and interest in organizational strategy, governance, and leadership.
Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
This role offers a rare opportunity to work directly with the Chair and gain exposure to the firm’s most important strategic discussions, decisions, and initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders, build meaningful relationships across the organization, and develop a deep understanding of leadership, governance, and firm management.
If you are a curious, ambitious, and highly organized professional looking for a role that combines strategy, project management, executive exposure, and meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
