Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in asset management, inventory control, warehouse operations, accounting, or a similar role.
Knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and inventory management processes.
Experience using ERP systems or asset management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the company's fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and complete asset records.
Record asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and retirements in accordance with company policies.
Monitor, tag, and track company assets while maintaining complete documentation.
Conduct periodic physical asset inventories and reconcile records with accounting data.
Coordinate asset issuance, transfers, returns, maintenance, repairs, and warranty tracking.
Prepare asset reports, inventory reconciliations, and audit-related documentation.
Investigate and resolve asset discrepancies, including missing or damaged assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to improve asset utilization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
