Mission Trainer (TS/SCI Clearance)

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in training and exercise support, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders for training events, including developing a training curriculum,
maintaining training records, managing course information, and attendance rosters. In addition, you will:
Develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
Provides lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products
Develops and maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline. Desired: Bachelor’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations
Experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards
Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
