We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Install Lead Technician to help us deliver flawless installs and build our apprentices along the way.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the installation of HVAC systems and furnaces in residential homes—ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency
Train and mentor Install Apprentices to become top-performing HVAC pros
Install ductwork, thermostats, and components with professionalism and precision
Build trust and rapport with customers—create a 5-star experience that leads to referrals
Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to ensure smooth job flow
Maintain a clean and organized job site and keep your truck fully stocked
Accurately complete all job-related paperwork, reports, and time tracking
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and retreats—we grow together
Show up, gear up, and lead by example—your on-site presence matters
What You Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications)
3+ years direct install experience of HVAC systems, tools (vacuum pumps, recovery machines, refrigerant gauges, etc), codes, and installation techniques
Proven ability to complete full system installs in one day/shift
3+ years experience metal fabrication in the field
Strong verbal and written communication skills—you lead with clarity and confidence
Comfortable reading blueprints and understanding job specs
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in tight, physically demanding spaces and extreme weather conditions
2+ years working with and developing apprentice technicians
