The Role
Acknowledgement and greeting of each guest
Anticipation of guest needs
Table service and order taking
Maintaining up to date menu knowledge and provide concept explanations to guest
Communicate with kitchen on guest orders
Expediting orders to each table
Bussing & table cleaning
Keeping aware of any guest allergies or requests
POS & register use
Resolve guest complaints with management
Upkeep of personal hygiene & cleanliness
Barista coffee preparation and service

マネージメントと共にクレームの対応
身だしなみの清潔さを常に保つ
バリスタスタイルのコーヒーの準備とサービス
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Fluent English and intermediate Japanese conversational skills
Team-worker with ability to work under high pressure business hours
Experience working as service/hospitality staff
Punctual and reliable individual
Professional, courteous and friendly manner
High levels of attention to detail

Employment Package Details
Employment Period and Status: On-going
雇用形態: 正社員
Contract Value: ¥4,500,000 to ¥5,300,000
給与: 年俸450～530万円
(上記年棒を14分割し、毎月の給与と年2回の賞与に分けて支給)

Average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
120 days off per year
Sick leave: 5 days
Annual paid leave: 10days (after 6 months of employment)
