Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our growing renewable natural gas (RNG) development company. The Program Manager is responsible for shepherding multiple development projects through financial modeling, engineering and design, environmental permitting, procurement, and commercial agreements. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and commercial judgment with the ability to coordinate with multiple project managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain responsibility for RNG project portfolio schedule and cost.
Coordinate activities across engineering, permitting, procurement, commercial, and operations teams.
Provide robust project reporting and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings with project managers and drive accountability for key deliverables.
Identify project optimization opportunities, cost reductions, and risk mitigation strategies.
Some travel to regional office(s) may be required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of relevant program management experience. Candidates with more extensive experience are encouraged to apply; title and level may be adjusted based on qualifications.
Proven experience delivering projects within landfill gas-to-energy, renewable natural gas (RNG), Landfill Gas, Bio-Gas, Gas Processing, pipeline, or related industrial sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. PMP certification is a plus.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams through both engineering and construction phases of complex capital projects.
Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracting, and risk management.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project execution.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Proficiency in Asana as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver's license required.
Willingness to travel to regional office(s) as required.
Location: Houston, Indianapolis or Remote
Employment Type: 6-month Contract
Work Hours: Monday – Friday; standard business hours.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
