**About the Role**
HOOC AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated MBA freshers to join our sales and business development team. This role offers practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and IT services sales.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Connect with prospects to understand their requirements and introduce our IT services, software development, and AI solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and manage follow-ups.
- Assist with proposals, sales presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain sales records, lead databases, and pipeline reports.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
**Requirements**
- MBA freshers, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client interaction and negotiation.
- A target-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, Excel, or CRM tools is an advantage.
**Compensation and Career Growth**
The internship runs for six months with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000. High-performing candidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role with a package of up to ₹6 LPA, depending on individual performance.
