About The Opportunity
A rapidly scaling healthcare provider in the clinical ICU and critical care sector, we are building high-acuity, evidence-based intensive care units across tier-2 and tier-3 Indian cities. Our mission is to deliver protocol-driven, patient-centric critical care anchored in Ayurvedic diagnostics and integrative medicine — bridging traditional BAMS expertise with modern ICU standards to improve survival, recovery, and holistic outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily ICU patient care with emphasis on vitals monitoring, critical interventions, and acute病情 stabilization using BAMS-aligned assessment frameworks.
Lead multidisciplinary rounds, document prognosis, and prescribe integrative treatment modalities combining Susruta principles with allopathic ICU support tools.
Train and supervise junior BAMS officers and nursing staff on Ayurvedic triage, Nidana (disease etiology), and Samprapti (pathogenesis) in ICU contexts.
Collaborate with critical care specialists to implement dual-stream protocols: Ayurvedic symptom management + modern vital support systems.
Participate in ICU quality audits, infection control compliance, and patient safety reviews aligned with National ICU Guidelines.
Maintain ICU logs, consent documentation, and discharge summaries following Medoralink’s digital EMR platform and Ayurvedic charting standards.
