Online Community Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Online Community Specialist at KK ENTERPRISE. The Online Community Specialist will oversee and nurture the company’s digital communities across social media platforms, forums, and other online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with community members, responding to inquiries, moderating discussions, and ensuring a positive, informative environment related to solar power solutions. The role involves sharing updates, gathering feedback, identifying common questions or issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and communication. The specialist will also help strengthen brand awareness, support digital campaigns, and maintain consistent, professional messaging in all online interactions.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse online audiences.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when needed.
Candidates should possess Community Management experience, including moderating discussions, enforcing guidelines, and tracking community sentiment.
Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and basic content posting tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Interest in renewable energy or solar power solutions; prior experience in the solar or energy sector is an advantage.
Relevant education or training in communications, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
