Position Summary
Codeplex is seeking an experienced and engaging Application Training & Enablement Specialist to lead the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of training across our software solutions.
This role is responsible for ensuring that clients, partners, and internal teams gain the knowledge and confidence required to maximise the value of our platforms. The successful candidate will design training programs, deliver instructor-led training, create learning materials, maintain knowledge resources, and contribute to broader customer adoption and success initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate complex functionality into practical, user-friendly learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Deliver remote and onsite training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Facilitate user onboarding programs.
Conduct role-based training for administrators, supervisors, operational users, and executives.
Lead train-the-trainer sessions where required.
Assess learner understanding and provide additional coaching where necessary.
Training Content Development
Develop and maintain:
Training manuals
User guides
Quick reference guides
E-learning content
Workshop materials
Training presentations
Product walkthrough videos
Ensure all training material reflects the latest product releases and enhancements.
Customer Enablement
Support implementation projects by developing training plans and schedules.
Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Assist customers with user adoption initiatives.
Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve learning outcomes.
Knowledge Management
Maintain and improve product knowledge repositories.
Contribute to FAQs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
Establish standardised training frameworks across all Codeplex products.
Continuous Improvement
Measure training effectiveness using learner feedback and adoption metrics.
Identify common knowledge gaps and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams on usability and training enhancements.
Required Qualifications Education
Diploma or Degree in:

Information Systems
Business Analysis
Business Management
Related field
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in software application training.
Experience delivering training in both virtual and in-person environments.
Experience creating professional training materials and documentation.
Experience working with enterprise software solutions.
Technical Skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) advantageous.
Ability to learn and understand complex business applications.
Experience recording training videos and creating digital learning content.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
